i went out into the world today
one moment
before the light of dawn

before the fruit trees
burst into bloom

before the warm winds
blew their petals downstream
one moment
before the scorching of the summer sun
then life happened
and i danced beneath a bright blue sky
rolled in the high grass
breathed in the sweet aroma
and when the night came
whispering secrets
I swallowed it whole
